New Principal for Yeats College Waterford

Yeats College Waterford is delighted to announce the appointment of Frank McCarthy as Principal. A native of West Waterford, Frank Mc Carthy is a first class honours graduate of University College Cork. He has extensive teaching experience and is a qualified Guidance Counsellor. Frank served as Principal of an all-girls school in Cork city for eleven years and more recently worked for a similar period of time as Principal of an all-boys school in Cork, both roles he fulfilled with great success.

A committed and highly-skilled motivator, Frank is full of enthusiasm for his new position; “I am delighted to be a part of the Yeats College Waterford team” says Frank. “Yeats College has a unique teaching environment, in that we boast the smallest class sizes in Waterford so we can offer a uniquely personalized and individual approach to education.”

Frank is a committed educationalist and believes in a holistic, student-centric approach to education. He works closely with each student and their parents to help them to achieve their personal goals and ambitions.
